Melamine Glazing Powder LG110 Application

LG110 is mainly used for A1 material, for glossy coatings, such as for improving the surface brightness of electrical insulation materials, like automotive coatings, etc., due to its fast molding time and good flowability.

Melamine glaze powder also referred to as Melamine resin powder, melamine formaldehyde glazing powder, shares a molecular structure similar to melamine-formaldehyde resin molding powder. Both are polymers formed through the reaction of formaldehyde and melamine.

It non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless properties, making it an excellent choice for amino molding plastic materials that require a clear and light appearance. Additionally, it enhances the product’s durability, wear resistance, and other desirable characteristics.

When coated with Melamine resin powder, glazing powder imparts a glossy and more robust surface, offering improved resistance against cigarette burns, food stains, abrasion, and detergents.
